The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) is responsible for attesting original documents for use abroad. It handles both Apostille and general attestation services.

MOFA Attestation in Dubai, UAE

Your documents and certificates must be attested by various offices, including HRD, MEA, Embassy, and MOFA. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) attests documents at the final stage of the procedure. To get your documents attested by MOFA, ensure you bring your passport, fees, and original attested certificates.

If you are moving to the UAE from your home country, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will first attest your certificates. These documents must then be submitted to the UAE Embassy Attestation Department in your country. However, educational documents fall under the jurisdiction of the Educational Ministry.
