Fixed pricingevery government fee itemised up front
Set up your UAE company without the guesswork
Trade licences, residence visas, corporate bank accounts and Golden Visa applications — across Dubai mainland and every major free zone. Fixed pricing, one consultant, and a licence in your hands in days rather than months.

Businesses registered, and counting
Mainland, free zone and offshore — each one taken from the first call through to a trade licence in hand.
Straight answers, fixed prices, no surprises
Most setup consultancies quote a headline figure then add costs once you have committed. We itemise every government fee before you pay anything — and if we quote wrong, that is ours to absorb, not yours to discover.

Popular Business Activities in the UAE
Whatever you plan to do, there is a licence for it. These are the activities we set up most often, grouped by the licence each one usually needs.
Usually a free-zone licence
Serving clients abroad or online, with no need to trade directly inside the UAE market.
Usually a mainland licence
Trading directly with UAE customers, or an activity needing premises and local approvals.
Plenty of activities work either way, and there are far more than we can list here. Tell us what you plan to do and we will confirm the right licence.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to set up a company in the UAE?
A free-zone licence starts at roughly AED 4,888 without visas, and around AED 11,000–16,000 once you include one residence visa. Dubai mainland typically starts closer to AED 21,000 in year one because a physical office with a registered Ejari contract is mandatory.
Can a foreigner own 100% of a UAE company?
Yes. All free-zone companies have always allowed it, and changes to the Commercial Companies Law extended 100% ownership to the majority of mainland commercial and professional activities.
How long does the whole process take?
The licence itself can be issued in as little as 24 hours in the fastest free zones, and two to five working days in most others. Residence visas add one to three weeks. Budget three to six weeks end to end.
Do I need to be in the UAE to set up?
No. Formation can be completed remotely in most free zones. You need to travel once, for your medical test, Emirates ID biometrics and visa stamping — usually within a single week.
Will I definitely get a corporate bank account?
No provider can honestly guarantee that — the decision belongs to the bank's compliance team. What we can do is prepare your application properly and send it to the bank most likely to accept your profile.
